Combat Submission Wrestling combines many disciplines including Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling, Judo, Catch Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In these dynamic classes, you'll learn a comprehensive system of takedowns, controls, and submissions designed for effectiveness both in competition and self-defense scenarios. Developed by world champion Erik Paulson, this curriculum blends the most practical elements from various grappling arts into a cohesive system that works regardless of your size or athletic background.
